“This is still one of the best places to go if you want a quick but delicious meal. They've recently renovated and added more indoor seating, so it can fit more people now. I'll always be a loyal customer! P.S. I'm not sure if they allow outside drinks, but I always bring coffee when I go because my partner and I don't usually drink soda when we eat out. Luckily, they didn't mind me bringing it in.”

“Welling Green grocers have a very good variety of products as well as quality products. Anything I ask for, they make sure to source it for me if they don't have. Bidit and Arti, who own the shop are very sweet and nice people. They deliver groceries at my doorstep every week. I am very happy with their service! Thank you so much!”

It was easily one of the best Modern British meals I’ve had in the city, even better than my experience at the 3 Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth. Everything was spot on: the breads, the beef tartare, the salmon, and the desserts (souffle and madeleines) were all beautifully executed and full of flavour. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, not overly formal, which can sometimes be the case at Michelin-starred places. “If you have never had adjarian khachapuri, have you even lived? The chicken thighs were nice and the mushroom dumplings delicious, but the khachapuri is really the star of the show! Absolutely stunning. It's a decent size and quite heavy, so share between at least two people if you're going for the mains, but honestly as far as I'm concerned it's all you need. I'd come back just for that and have only that. Food was slow to come out but piping hot and fresh when it did, and the service very friendly. I will say that if you're sensitive to noise, make sure to sit outside. The place is very small and the acoustics horrible, so when a very loud group came in it was quite insufferable. But that's the only negative.”

The frozen products were all kept well frozen with good packaging and ice blocks. I would prefer the larger ice blocks that "Hello Fresh" use if possible, on my next order. The food was excellent—large, fresh oysters, one of the best Wellington beef dishes I’ve ever had, and an unforgettable fish pie. I rave about Green & Glory to friends. The produce is always fantastic quality - the best around. I think it's far better value than supermarkets and better too is not having to use produce in plastic like supermarkets. And it's more than just fruit and veg - really it's a small supermarket. “I have been a customer for over 17 years and have always had good experiences with the service and quality of the products, especially the meat. Medina has a large selection of pantry products, sauces, spices, fresh produce, drinks, and snacks to suit different tastes. Their meat and chicken are always fresh, reasonably priced, and displayed. The butchers are accommodating when asked for a special cut. I no longer live locally, but I travel to do my monthly big shop of Asian products and halal meat. No other butchers have equalled quality and service.”
