He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. The team are incredibly professional with excellent communication and genuinely care about each dog's wellbeing. Without K9 Adventures, I wouldn't be able to meet my work commitments while ensuring Jeff gets the exercise and stimulation he needs. Quality daycare like this is so rare. As a dog owner, you hope that you never need to test a Kennels ability to look after your dog in a crisis but having now experienced it, you really couldn’t be in safer hands than theirs. We landed and arrived on holiday to a voicemail from Courtney breaking the news that our springer had suffered a very short seizure that morning. They already had a vet appointment made with our vet practice and reassured us that whilst our dog seemed a little subdued she was seemingly back to her normal self. They’d even had the quick thinking to video a tiny bit of it to be able to show the vet exactly what had happened. The tests had revealed nothing of concern, fingers crossed a one off event. I cannot fault their service over the next week. From the communication whilst at and after the vet appointment, moving her to a quieter kennel to reduce any stress and the regular updates and little videos of our dog happily wagging and sniffing. It was enough for us to be completely reassured that she was in great hands. Without their amazing service and support, I’m sure I would have cut short my holiday and I will always be so grateful for the love and care they showed our dog. Thank you all.”

“This was my first time ever to take my Joey to a cattery let alone have him be away from his home so I was really anxious about the whole thing. Booking was very easy and straightforward. On the day, I met David who was so nice and answered all my questions and put me at ease. The place itself is incredibly clean and the cats do have plenty of room to move around and stay active. I left joey for 2 weeks and during the 2 weeks whenever I'd ask for an update or pictures , David would straight away send them to me. Joey is now back home and settled in and it's as if he was never away! Thanks David so much for making this a good experience for me and Joey!!”

Her kind and sympathetic manner put me at ease and her diligent and considered diagnostic process alleviated a great deal of the stress that had been building up since my severe alopecia started. She even took the time to conduct additional medical research and forwarded me her findings with suggested dietary solutions. Much of my anxiety was caused by the uncertain prognosis of my condition and how one might deal with a worst-case scenario. By identifying the correct outcome, that I would lose all my hair and that the chances of it growing back was high (as it was alopecia areata incognita), this helped me to mentally prepare for what was to come. She also helped me through the process of practically dealing with hair loss; she helped me to choose a wig and she spent time fitting and cutting it so that I was comfortable with my purchase. My hair is growing back now and whilst I’m unsure what the initial cause was and what has caused my hair to grow back, Stephanie certainly helped me with my anxieties and with the practicalities of the condition. I would highly recommend Stephanie at Surrey Trichology Clinic.”
