“A real gem in our community! I have always found them to be extremely personable and efficient with my regular (repeat) prescription service, and they are always happy to advise. The reason for this particular post however is the recent care and attention given to my daughter for an ear infection. For such matters the GP practice/NHS now refer to the pharmacist in the first instance, and although I was unsure this was the right thing to do initially, it proved a huge success. I won't go into detail, but the care, advice and initial antibiotics prescribed directly by the pharmacist has been invaluable, as well as him carrying out a post mefication check and a further referral back to GP and ENT Specialist. Thank you so much.”

“Wonderful team that worked throughout the pandemic to look after us. Always polite and go above and beyond - Yesterday my prescription was short of tablets yet they ordered them straight away for delivery today, I thought super efficient and helpful. Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly.”
