“Peter had already finished and was already saying bye to his college, but when I ran out of time and my automated cashier locked, he came.over to unlock it for me. He then proceeded to tell the people queuing where the right queue was. He already was changed and had his shoulder bag in him. That customer service was free. A caring professional. The hotel has nice enough rooms for what you would expect at the price point including a fridge, cooking facilities, and a smart tv hooked up ready to go. The area is nice and the people seem friendly and helpful. There are lots of nice shops as well as the regulars aka Mac Donald’s costa etc.”

“Gotta set the bad reviews straight! I stayed in a 14 bed female dorm and it was great! Loved how the female section was separated from the rest of the hostel with a pin code. There were great lockers in the rooms, bathrooms were good (just found one toilet that didn't always flush, but everything else was great and clean), didn't hear any noise at all from the downstairs bar (that might depend on the room idk), bed was comfy and cozy with the little curtain that covers most of the bed. There's a little light and a plug/usb port above each bed! Staff were great too!”

“I ordered food here from Deliveroo and I just had to give a good review. I got the dimsum platter mixed for one which had a great variety. I got a spicy beef ramen which was flavourful and actually spicy! Also the portion size for that was really good too, enough for two. I also had some sesame balls which was a nice sweet treat in the end that wasn’t too sickly sweet. Really good quality food and will definitely buy from here again !!”

“First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“Reliable and friendly I have already used Pink Apple Cars eight times during the last five months. If all continues well, I will be using their services for all my next trips to London the following months. I have used the service from nearly all London airports back and forth to the hotel and also as an organiser for other family members coming to London for visiting. I am quite staisfied with their attitude, kindness, reliability. Only once they were Ten minutes late but it was understandable considering the traffic. Drivers are nice and kind, vehicles in top condition. Highly recommended for an easy transfer.”
