“I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.”

“What a wonderful little shop, with parking directly outside!!! This is my Go-To shop, there are always lovely pieces stocked at reasonable prices from lounge wear to beautiful going 'out out' items! The owner is so lovely and helpful also, it's just like shopping and trying on clothes with your friends! Always a bonus on event nights, when you can shop with a prosecco!! If there is anything you don't see in there, she is always more than happy to try and source it for you!”

“I was amazed, to see in this store's window, that they ACTUALLY did PLAIN coloured shirts. Often shirts are just too fancy, because any patterns, etc., clash with other clothing.Also, I struggle to get the right SLEEVE LENGTH, and COLLAR SIZE. But these shirts are as if MADE FOR ME!”

“I've only ever had my beard done here so can't comment on the haircuts. My facial hair is kept in tip top condition and I'm a happy repeat customer. The barbers in there are friendly and willing to chat. But something I really wanted to shout out was when I once saw a customer in there with mental disabilities. They didn't just accommodate him, but rather they were actively warm and friendly and tried to keep him engaged through his haircut. THAT'S when they won my permanent business. It gets really busy in here so you're best off either making an appointment or going in at off peak times. Also, there's a stamp card scheme (9th haircut is free).”

“Came in today with my parter, I am heavily pregnant and for an unknown reason wanted to take the stairs instead of the lift. Whilst going up the stairs a member of staff turned around and informed us there is a lift (I knew there was one but decided to conquer the stairs instead and have major regrets now just thankful river island seem to be the only clothing store with chairs dotted around) again once we finally made it to the top of the stairs i went to sit down and another member of staff informed my partner there is a lift we can use. I am extremely satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff aswell as the kindness. I dont ever shop here but i think i will have too now as i havent experienced this amount of kindness anywhere else! Thank you for making the end of our tiring shopping trip enjoyable ❤️”

I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive.
