“We did the black taxi tour. Hands down the best part of our trip to London! Ollie is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—like, knew all the cool facts and hidden gems you’d never find on your own. Not to mention he is a pretty great photographer and you’ll get some awesome pictures along the trip. We got to see so many iconic sights up close and personal, and the whole experience felt really special. If you’re in London, this is a must-do! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city in a fun and unique way!”

“Bosnia and Herzegovina. Wow, what a place, had the most amazing trip. Everything was organised so well thanks to the UTP Team. Our guide / driver llija was wonderful, very knowledgeable and lovely. We didn't know what to expect but it's just a beautiful country. Our guide who showed us around Sarajevo, Natasha was fun to be with. Her knowledge was amazing and we learned so much. “Had a fantastic tour with Kenya back in January exploring many of Kyoto's beautiful sights. One of my favourite parts was visiting the Sake distilleries in the south- they were super interesting but also the surrounding area was virtually free of tourists and felt like a more authentically Japanese area. He was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history of Murano, and even shared his family history with the island which made the excursion even more special for us. As lovers of blown glass we thoroughly enjoyed the personalized demonstration by the master glass blowers. It was a unique experience that we will remember forever. A must see if you can while in Venice. Luca mentioned he does other tours of Venice as well and I would suggest requesting him!”

“Frederico made us a nice authentic thin crust pizza today. We tried the meat head pizza and we loved it. The shop was about to close when we turned up. And Frederico was kind enough to make us one last pizza of the day. The pizza place is Halal. Will definitely come another time to try a different combination custom made pizza for sure.”

“Recently returned from a Patagonia Adventure arranged by WE and it exceeded our expectations as a destination! The itinerary worked so well and combined three National Parks, two countries (Argentina and Chile) and blended all travel arrangements and logistics by bus, minivan, car and boat with very comfortable accommodation. The trip provided extraordinary sightseeing to glaciers and vast ice fields along with with iconic day walks in the Fitzroy range and Torres National Park. The zodiac boat trip up the Rio Serrano through rapids and strong currents to Torres National Park was incredible and life affirming! Friendly local guides provided insights into flora, fauna, geology and all aspects of everyday life .. which meant we could just enjoy not looking at maps but enjoying the staggering scenery. “I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”

“We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday organised by Johnny Ogilivie and South America Odyssey. From the start of planning, Johnny could not have been more helpful and accommodating in our requirements. We had one major hiccup whilst out there, when we failed to meet up with our transfer driver, but thank goodness for Johnny back in London, who managed to get us back on course without too much hassle. It does just prove how invaluable it is to have someone like Johnny sitting on a phone when things do go wrong! I would highly recommend him and South America Odyssey.
