“I recently visited the T4 hayes town. Its soo cool that i can customize the sugar and ice levels. Staff is very helpful and nice. I had tried some free samples which the lady is giving to everyone. Mango royal tea is soo delicious. I highly recommend visiting this branch for quick service.”

We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences. Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

“When this shop was under different management it was pretty dreadful but now it is excellent. Food was great - (well to be precise we only had their fish & chips but as that was really good I’m sure the rest is too!). The entire place looks spotless and the owners are particularly friendly and offer excellent service. Definitely happy to recommend.”

“Stopped for a sunday lunch as they have a deal for £14.95. Turns out its any starter, main,veg and rice or naan off the menu. Wow..fantastic value and fantastic food. Everything was absolutely delicious I had chicken 65 to start and truckdrivers lamb for main, mushroom rice saag paneer and a cold cobra…Lovely. Everyone said how nice it was and we all said we would be back. Give it a go, well worth it. Edit…31/10/23. Unfortunately they stopped the sunday deal months ago. Shame have not been back since”

“Great location, close to the Tube and Asda. The room is just as good as other Premier Inns: nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast really surprised me. The scrambled eggs were smooth, and the sausage and bacon were fried to a nice, fragrant finish. They also refilled the hot food quickly. Jose, you did a great job with the hot breakfast. I look forward to staying here again and enjoying it on my next trip to London.”
