“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“Probably the best Lidl within London zones 1 and 2. Quite large with great location near Warren St and Euston Square tubes. Has a much bigger ‘Middle of Lidl’ selection than other branches. Only downside is that recently it has got much busier in peak times - the queue for the tills sometimes snakes around the whole store. Update Jan 2025 - the store has had another slight refurbishment - mainly the Middle of Lid has been moved and reduced in size and the self service tills area has been improved.”
