“Taking my partner for a haircut and dye, this being her first time and I must say all staff members made us feel welcomed even myself not being a customer, was very helpful from start to finish. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 2 negative point Sophie our hairdresser was some what messy and was abit late apart from this 5 star from us.”

Over approx 80 mins Montana took the time to talk with me about to what degree my hair would allow a copy of the photos I provided of the look I wanted, she showed me each stage of the cut through the back and top layers and sides, we discussed the texture the cut was bringing and how she would achieve this. The whole way through I felt total confidence in Montana's skill. I'm so pleased with the cut. It suits me and suits my hair perfectly. Thank you!”

She is warm, attentive, professional and really cares that as a customer, you are happy. Each customer has their own file nail, which is big deal due to hygiene. Whatever treatment I have for my nails, the colour lasts for nearly 6 weeks and that is not an exaggeration. “Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots.
