He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. My Raymond Weil needed a replacement battery and having bought it from this store 3 years ago I decided to return and see if they could help me. From the moment I was there the customer service was brilliant, I asked for the clasp to be adjusted at the same time which they said was no bother, a pleasant surprise!! I was given the receipt and told that in two weeks time I would be called and told when it’s ready for collection. True to their word two weeks later I received the call and told it was all finished. I collected the watch that was back to working perfectly, the clasp was fixed at no additional cost and I could see it had been looked after as their wasn’t a mark on it! I was skeptical due to it being a chain as you never quite know what to expect but the Guildford store does Ernest Jones proud! Will definitely be using again.”
