He had so many helpful tips to make the first few months of puppy life stress free for the whole family. My dog absolutely loved training with Drew (he also taught me how to carry on teaching my dog with the tips and tricks to keep up the good work) The online store is full of great products and is delivered the same evening. Having tried others I have always felt relaxed when he is out with them because the dogs come first, rather than simply rounding up as many dogs as possible! “Kim & the team at Funky Dogs are excellent. My mini schnauzer is incredibly anxious and reactive at the groomers and she’s the only person who can work her magic with him! They treat each dog individually and communicate really well with the owner depending on what your needs are. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”

“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”

“I don’t think I can put into words just how fantastic Dogsaloud is and how much it means to my husband and I to have Nilly and Ron looking after our dog. We came across Dogsaloud by chance after moving to the area and it turned out to be the perfect place for Hazel. She’s been going to Nilly’s for about 3 years now and she absolutely loves it there, she pulls towards Nilly’s door when we walk past and when we drop her off she runs straight upstairs and makes herself comfy on the sofa, not one look back. It’s much more than a boarding place, it has become a second home for Hazel. We love it that she spends her time in a house in the company of people and other dogs and not isolated in a kennel; she goes for nice, long walks, and in fact we found out about a lot of great walking places from Nilly; she’s well looked after and she’s even allowed to sleep in bed UNDER THE COVERS, just like she does at home. Nilly’s been absolutely brilliant from the beginning, very accommodating and very flexible, which is great for two disorganized people like us. She’s helped us out in many, many ways, even taking Hazel to the vet for us when she got injured just before we started work. We really couldn’t ask for anything more, Dogsaloud is excellent!!!”
