Phillipa has been amazing and has made a huge positive impact on their quality of life in their later years. They are always happy to arrive and trot in for what we refer to as ‘spa day’. I would highly recommend her. Treatments have included hydrotherapy and laser therapy and a little incentivised homework of course.”

They gave me free puppy food and all vaccinations were up to date. I've contacted the owner a few times for advice about my puppy and she is always more than happy to speak to me. “I have held a lifetime insurance policy for my dog Alfie for just over 2 years. Alfie has been fit and healthy, so I have not needed to contact Petplan until a few weeks ago when he was attacked by a dog. His treatment required sedation, stitches and hospital care. My vet submitted a claim on my behalf which was paid by Petplan on the same day that the claim was submitted. This is fantastic service and I would like to say a big thank you to the Petplan team.”
