“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

“I honestly couldn’t be happier with Topaz’s groom! She is such an anxious little girly but Laura made her feel very comfortable. She done everything that I asked and gave great suggestions to make her cut perfect. I’ve had issues with other groomers in the past not listening to the specific style I wanted/like but Laura done everything amazingly. Highly recommend using this groomers. Her and her colleague (I didn’t catch his name, but I think his name is Craig) are so friendly and easy to talk to, I could have stayed in there all day!”

“The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”

“Really nice pet shop. We tried the massive ones, and were disappointed, this shop had all we needed and advice to go with it. My kids are really happy with their hamster and the cage was great value and looks like a lot of fun.”

“We tried many dog trainers before finding Brightskies. They have been the best by far, we wouldn't trust anyone else with or dog. Our dog is a difficult rescue dog and other trainers failed to help her but since working with the girls she now is more confident with other dogs and people. She goes for walks with them twice a week now. We sometimes do walks together so they can teach us behavioural techniques with our dog, they are always professional, responsible and in control. We both work full time so don't know what we'd do without them. I would recommend them to anyone and anyone who meets them will instantly feel at ease and see how good they are. Thanks. Jack”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“We brought our chow chow Boba in for a groom with Paige. Around the area some other groomers said they won't take chow chows due to them being "aggressive" but Paige happily took our pup in. Paige was the only groomer who gave us accurate advice to leave his puppy coat untouched and only trim once adult coat came in. All other groomers happily said they will cut his puppy coat just to get the money. Paige's service was extremely professional and she will be the only groomer we take our Boba to for his whole life.
