“Used to use the Boots in The Whitgift. Which was a nightmare. I'd get texts telling me to pick up a prescription, arrive and get told "nothing for you", then another text. Rant over. Allcorn's is a totally different proposition. They rely on the locals. They are responsive. Never had a problem with them. Hence the five stars. So support a local business rather than an exercise in Private Equity.”

“Harris Chemist - Selsdon. I wrote a review about two years ago and since then nothing has changed much apart from their service has improved further, if there was such a think. My prescription was sent the G.P. this morning at around 11 a.m. By the time I drove from the surgery down to the chemist, which is about 10 minutes, the prescription was almost ready apart from one item. Waited for a minute or so and all my items (about 10 medications) were sorted out and I walked out thinking they deserve a mention. This morning three people need singly out, pharmacist Dipa, assistant Bharat and Kushi for their outstanding attention to detail. More power to owner Reema.”

“Update 3/2025: I have switched to this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy because the opening hours are more convenient than my previous pharmacy, and they have more of a personal touch. So far, so good. OP. I had to pickup a missed Amazon delivery at this venue. Collection was fast and efficient, and the pharmacy looks well-established as well as having fairly long opening hours, which is convenient.”

“There seems to be a lot of negative reviews of this place, but in comparison to the local Boots, this pharmacy is amazing. Firstly, they will pick up your phone - sometimes you may need to call twice, but they do pick up. Boots would never. They have all the essential medications ready on the same day, and at Boots I had to wait 3 days to get very commonly prescribed antibiotic. At Boots I had to wait 5 days for my repeat prescription that they already filled many times. In this pharmacy it’s always ready on time, and when my repeat prescription was changed to a lower dose, they called me to check if this was correct or if I needed them to contact my GP to issue more. When I was in the pharmacy I was offered free vaccinations as a walk-in instead of having to schedule. I was always given great advice when it comes to vitamins and dealing with other small health ailments. They even ordered a beauty product I requested so I could buy it there instead of ordering online. Exceptional service that puts patient care first. Highly recommended!”

He remained clam, courteous and extremely professional throughout my visit. He was alone on the counter for a while but it took the time to listen carefully , explained everything clearly i had run out of my medicine he show me how you can do emergency or 111 and he helped me a lot.. and handled my request efficiently With a friendly and positive attitude.
