“The competitive place to get gasoline or diesel. Nothing special but it gives a chearful feeling when you get petrol a few pence cheaper than in other places. Unfortunately, none of petrol stations give information on the quality of petrol they are selling. I believe that the price difference is based on the wuality, not a supply chain.”

“A few months ago I bought a cheap mobile phone as was waiting for a replacement smart phone. The price on the box was £15 as it had no charger (I didn't need one) so I bought it, paying £20 at the till as the cashier made a big fuss about the price still being reduced from £25 the usual cost. I didn't need an argument so I paid the £20...which it said on my receipt. The phone didn't work. You couldn't be heard by anyone you called. So I took it back with my receipt, fully expecting to get my £20 back and an apology. Instead I was first told they didn't sell a £20 phone. I explained the charger situation and showed them the sticker with £15 on it. They then told me this wasn't sold in their store, and if I was returning it where was the charger etc and why if it says £15 why do I have £20 receipt etc etc. I asked to speak to the manager. He told me he was the manager. I let him know that if he was the manager he would know that I have been coming in the shop for years...usually at night .. as they sell a strong drink and its useful. I have no problem except for I was left with no phone to use and I gave them £20 for No reason, and as a customer for so many years (even though they are relatively new management maybe 5/6 years they have been there) as I was far from rude, discreet when telling them the phone was faulty, and only wanted a refund which is my rights seeing as they sold me a faulty device (nothing to do with lack of charger..or the phone not charging). So ...they have lost a regular customer (in fact a few because I told my family & other people how they treated me and how they were laughing about the fact I wanted a refund, talking in their language and making me feel like a fool for buying from there in the first place. Don't usually write reviews but whilst browsing, wondering which shop on Salusbury road a recent card transaction had come from, stumbled onto this page, so thought I would let people know that their 'customer service' is non existent, and I would suggest Not to buy anything that potentially may be in need of a refund, as you will get no acknowledgement of their wrongdoing, and be treated like a liar, as of you would go through ALL that palaver just to get £20 for free! Shame they were always so nice in there before....”
