“Had a great time here today. The pools were all well managed by the lifeguards, they were actively checking how busy the pools were, closing them at capacity, making sure children were using the slides correctly etc which was nice to see. The two smaller pools were great for my toddlers and they really enjoyed the slides. We travelled half an hour to get here as we don’t have anything like this near us so it was a nice change. The only improvement for us would be more family changing rooms as they were full when we got there and the small changing rooms were very tricky to change twin toddlers in. They can’t help the size of the building though! We’d visit again”

“This gym is a hidden gem. Quiet at the right times with stunning sunset views of the City. In many ways it feels more exclusive than the subterranean luxe gyms nearby that cost 10 x more and are 10 x busier. No frills, but I live 2 minutes away, so don’t need a towel and luxe showers. Very friendly and helpful staff - they are all lovely. Luca the PT is a top tier trainer and a credit to the gym.”

“I moved to Virgin Active Repton Park in January after spending 5 years at Nuffield Health, and the difference has been a complete revelation. Nuffield raised prices twice in a year, removed key facilities like the jacuzzi without offering any discount, and the overall atmosphere — especially with some PTs — felt disrespectful and unfair. That experience pushed me to leave. Virgin Active has been the opposite in every way. From the gated community car park where you know your car is safe, to the friendly and welcoming reception team who greet you with a smile and provide fresh towels on every visit, the hospitality here is on another level. The locker rooms are a bit outdated and could use a modern refresh, but they’re always clean. The gym floor is great, though I do wish it had a bit more space and additional machines — especially a dedicated bicep machine. The real highlight of this club is the spa area. The sauna and steam room were recently renovated and are consistently in perfect working condition. The jacuzzi is incredibly relaxing, and the swimming pool is huge. As someone who’s been bodybuilding for over 10 years, having high-quality recovery facilities makes a massive difference. The architecture of the building is beautiful — transforming an old church into a gym gives the whole place a unique, almost royal feel. Overall, Virgin Active Repton Park delivers exceptional value, atmosphere, and service. Easily one of the best fitness clubs I’ve ever been a part of.”

“Great location, 5 mins walk from Turnham Green station and facing Chiswick High Road. Very easy to find, clean, spacious and quiet reception area, miles from any beige-looking, busy NHS surgery/clinic. I used it quite a few times in the past 5 years to have tests done and I was seen straight away, no sassy receptionist to tell me off when I was late and very reasonably priced if you want to take charge of your own health. They also accept Clearpay if you want to spread the cost of your tests. Staff was polite and not overly intense like in other places. Results come back on time and sometimes even before the stated date. Without being a regular customer, I was offered a 10% discount code forever on all tests, last time I used this clinic. Highly recommended.”
