“Very friendly gym. Nice and cheerful staff. Used the Gym for a long time, loved the Body Pump classes and the main gym area. Few machines can be replaced but again you are not paying through the roof to get into a 5 star facility. It is a good gym and a nice bunch of people. Good timings and decently maintained. “I went here for the first time, for some women-only swimming time. I went swimming when I was younger, so I thought it would be a piece of cake. Well, needless to say, I almost drowned. A wonderful lifeguard, quite frankly rescued me, from what otherwise would've been a complete disaster. I am INCREDIBLY grateful to her and the other lifeguard, who taught me a few swimming tips. I will be taking swimming classes, starting next week, but I'd like to give a huge thank you to the staff here- THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

I will certainly be a future returning customer, after their excellent customer services (when the stuff I ordered didnt deliver after 3 weeks, they looked up something nearly identical and offered me the same discounted price as a way of compensation). “Incredible amneity in the area. Sure, it's not perfect but there's a large pool for lengths, separate toddler and fun pools. Sauna, steam room. Great soft play. Easy to book it all online. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about cleanliness would be more appropriate for £100+/month gyms, which Wavelengths just is not. I've not noticed the soft play being dirty, nor the pools themselves.”

“A friend and I only came here (from Hockley, near Southend) to use the showers after having run the Epping Forest 10km. We had been prepared to pay for a day pass, but also wanted to use the swimming pool to make it more worthwhile. However, when we asked at reception, we were informed that there is no swimming pool. We explained what our intention had been, and the lady on reception very kindly allowed us to use their showers free of charge. We were extremely grateful for this as we wanted to stay in Epping for the afternoon as this is where my friend's dad was from, and he had very recently passed away. I've no idea what the rest of the facilities are like, but the showers are great.”
