“I had infills and shellac gel polish done on my nails. It was an absolutely rushed job by the man as it was late and I was the last customer of the day. The shellac hasn’t even set smoothly on to my nails and looks awfully thick, scratched and lumpy. Not happy at all! My eyesight is very poor so I trusted his work and I didn’t notice how bad it really was until I woke up the following morning and saw my nails in the natural light. Pedicure on the other hand was done by a lady who did an amazing job. I love how my feet have turned out. I contacted the salon who were terribly sorry for my experience and asked me to go back. I did and they redid my nails as a gesture of good will and the transformation was incredible. I’m much more happier with my nails and they look absolutely beautiful. To be honest, I used to hate going there but they have all new staff now. The "head pharmacist" (?) is very professional even when she probably has a right to be impatient with me lol.”
