I used to only get my eyelashes done for occasions but after using Hannah they have become a regular treat. I always look forward to my lash naps. “I've left my dog here twice now, once for a short weekend and more recently for 2 weeks whilst on vacation. My dog has some separation anxiety and isn't very good with other dogs so I asked to have her in the isolation kennels, they're heated and very clean. The staff are incredible here, they formed a bond with my dog pretty quickly and they spent lots of time playing with her and taking her for short walks. When I came to collect her the staff were genuinely sad to see her go! Will definitely be back here soon, thanks team!”

I requested a service by emailing the team and despite the holiday period they came back to me quickly. We were able to arrange a service within a few days and they couldn’t have been more helpful, agreeing to collect and drop off the car. On the day, communication was excellent, informing of time for pick up and then when additional work was offered. The car was back with me, cleaned and valeted by 1pm. I was able to pay on delivery and the service detail was fully documented. I would recommend Star-Tec to anyone with a Mercedes. Great customer service with a smile. Much more accommodating and good value for money compared with Mercedes dealership servicing. I’ll definitely be a returning customer to this company.”
