There was plenty of parking, all of the staff were extremely helpful, there appeared to be plenty of stock available and although they didn't have what I was after the guy behind the desk rang another branch an found what I needed which was also nearer to the intended jobsite. “Highly recommend Kitchen Makeovers. Stefan is very professional. Listened to what we required and no hard selling for additional items. The doors were ready in the time specified. On the day of fitting Stefan and a colleague arrived promptly. Covered the hallway with dust sheets. Within 4 hours we had a fabulous new kitchen. I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. “What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way!
