“I visited Howdens recently to order a replacement kitchen door and was very impressed. The staff member Jayraj was especially helpful, walking me through sizes and styles until I found exactly what I wanted. The showroom is well laid-out, clean, and you can really see samples to judge quality. I found the pricing fair compared to similar places. Only downside was a small wait for the order to arrive, but all in all quite satisfied. Would use them again when I remodel other parts of my home.”

“Get your vehicle MOT test done here, highly recommended. Hounslow Council's fleet management team don't carry out repairs, they are only concerned whether your vehicle is road worthy, so there is no vested interest in failing you like most garages do. Tests are completed within an hour and there is also a cafe onsite where you can grab a coffee or fry-up.”

Very pleased with the service, very professionally executed job and as promised they finished the job in 1 day without compromising on the quality. “Took my Merc C class for a brake disc & pads change today at the garage. Anees was prompt in responses over the phone and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. I had my doubts initially but all the 5 star reviews gave me some confidence and I decided it was worth taking a chance. After dropping the car at the garage, I was kept updated with photos of the parts & videos while the work was being done. I was contacted as soon as the car was ready unlike some other garages where I've had to follow up to find the status of the work. Overall, I liked Anees' honesty and professional attitude towards the work - will definitely go back for future servicing needs.”

“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. “Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”
