After many failures with many garages, we took our car to them, they don’t promise anything unnecessary, they don’t scare you with anything; they just calmly talk about possibilities. And whatever they said before the inspection by saying “according to our experience, it’s most likely this/that” was true. We said we are cost conscious, they tried their best to accommodate us, they suggested priorities and and said some things can wait a bit more. They explained everything to us without belittling us (we were belittled a lot before, very misogynistic) and didn’t do anything without confirming with us. They finished within the time frame they promised, without going 1p above the initial quote, and they offered a courtesy check 1-2 weeks later. We are very pleased. Also, Paul from the office was very helpful, booked us very quickly.”
