“I stumbled upon Mimi’s Kitchen Eat-In and Takeaway for a late lunch, and I’m so glad I did. The food selection was impressive—fresh, well displayed, and ready to go. I had the Jollof rice (absolutely divine) and the “fish platter”, which was perfectly seasoned and sweet, tender plantain. I also tried a bit of my friend’s moinmoin and it was DELICIOUS. (I literally want it right now.) The customer service was lovely too—the server was kind & mindful when my friend asked if the Jollof and moinmoin had been cooked with any meat, as she’s veggie. It’s always appreciated when staff are considerate about dietary requirements. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the drink options and their prices a little easier to view—it would make adding a drink to your meal a bit more effortless. But honestly, that’s the only (tiny) thing. All in all, a perfect lunch find!”

Every time she’s working, the food is consistently fresh, perfectly made, and exactly how I like it. Having worked at Pizza Hut as a RGM for 3 years, I can confirm I know my product quality and standards. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure the order is spot on, and you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Honestly, I try to only order when Hafiza is working because the quality and care she puts in just can’t be matched. Maybe she can train the boys as their pizzas just aren’t at the same level. Hafiza is the reason I keep coming back – Pizza Hut Rainham is lucky to have her!”

“This one is our go to place should we be craving for a pizza. Why we cannot order a delivery from here is because his particular outlet does not fall in our catchment. But for this outlet, i have no qualms in going an picking it up. Such a friendly staff - JD and Akash are best examples of how to develop and retain clients. Would suggest customization (should one ask) - and wow - what a recommendation. We have always been very happy. I stick with the vegetarian only due to my dietary preference. Wish Pizza Hut allows them to do the Halal option. Nevertheless, we have no qualms to get ours done from here. Always hot and fresh. (Pictures are from today - hence on the car seat. “this is for a collection order. To be honest I don't eat pizza very often but some clever marketing from Dominos had left a memory of an Indian flavor "Gunpowder Chicken" pizza in my mind so I decided to go for it- and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED :). The flavors are mildly Indian, not overpowering and while it's spicy with Jalapenos; I took most of them off to reduce the kick and it worked great. I also got 4 wings and they hit the spot. To top it off the order was ready within 10-12 mins which is impressive- about the exact time it took me to drive to the location. Dominos is not gourmet pizza and it does not pretend to be, but for a quick fix (literally)- I don't think any local Italian restaurant could rustle you up an authentic pizza so for convenience and a 'something different' taste, the experience was top notch. My only suggestion is offering customers a choice of sauces for wings as the red hot sauce was too tangy for me- I would have loved a Ranch dip instead.”

Only small downside was that parking can be a bit tricky around the area during busy hours, but that’s not something the branch can really control. “Normally don't review fast food chains, but been buying food from here for like, 20 years, and they always do a good job. On the rare occasion they aren't able to fulfill something from my order, they're happy to get in contact to rectify it (like they did tonight), or they'll help me out if I call up to enquire. Drivers are always very friendly.
