“Amazing service provided by Love. We had a private room and could not have been a better atmosphere for our Christmas dinner. Great value for money. 100% would recommend”
“We recently booked a family meal for a large party including dogs and kids and were so pleased with the reception and the food we had at the Queen’s Head. The table was lovely and the staff couldn’t have done any more to make us feel welcome. The Sunday roast was superb (the lamb especially). Great experience, thank you!”
“Such a famous establishment in South London. A friendly welcome serving nice food, it’s really easy to order with the QR code. I will return one evening for the live music as there was none playing on the Sunday afternoon I visited. #southlondonforever”
“Great pub and not going to break the bank either which is more than welcome nowadays. Live music offered on certain nights and a large pub garden with various canopies and beach hut-esque seating for bigger groups with heaters for the colder seasons. Bad Boys Pizza Society also have a residency in the pub and do amazing pizzas to wash down with a cold pint”
“The Henry Addington, on middle dock, Canary Wharf. Great Nicholson's pub in a modern building, creating a bit of old worlde charm. A super selection of beers, both cask and keg. Great service and a good place to drink. There is a lot of seating inside and a number of outside tables for the warm weather. Come along and enjoy a pint.”
“The sunday roast here has made it into my top 10. Very cool decor, staff were very friendly, and the gin selection to die for.”
“Wow where do I start?? This place is just amazing. The atmosphere is great. Such a wide selection of Beer and Wine. The food was fantastic and such a good choice to choose from it was so good I eat it so quickly I forgot to take pics. The Green room is just fun and my husband just loved the vibe of it with the poor tables super cool. The Manager James was just absolutely awesome and welcoming, the staff were friendly and great. Fantastic atmosphere for sure. I’d definitely recommend The Lost Hour to everyone definitely a 5***** for me.”
“What an amazing place. Very accepting. Sam behind the bar was very friendly and The Duchess, of course was the most gracious hostess. This is a bar where you can meet new friends or sit around with your besties. The drag show was funnier than most any I've seen before. I will be coming back over and over”
“Nice pub. Lots of seating. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and super nice bar tender! He was really knowledgeable about other pubs to check out for various ciders. was quiet when we were there but I'm sure it gets busy. Especially when Millwall is playing. There is a smoking room in the back as well as some outdoor seating at the front. The restrooms are like most of the London pubs - small and closet-like. They have a pool table and television to watch the game on.”
“A great gastropub with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and the service reflects that. The food is decent, though I’m not entirely convinced it justifies the price. Overall, I really do love this pub — it’s got a fantastic vibe, even when it’s empty!”
“The steak here is amazing and I had £25 off, so which meant I pay next to nothing for this delicious steak with chips. Full of flavour and not chewy at all and the pub is beautiful by a little stream and great for families. It’s a must try for me”
“Went to this pub for sunday lunch and it was absolutely amazing. Food was delicious and atmosphere was cosy and inviting. Staff were all friendly and helpful, will definitely be back again!”
“I have been going here fairly regularly for a number of years and it’s currently the best is ever been. The staff are fantastic, always welcoming and keen to help with whatever you need. The food is well priced, fresh and very tasty with a good variety of options. The lovely little garden is a bonus for a town centre pub and there are lots of themed evenings that are good fun. Well worth a visit.”
“The best fish ever I have eaten great taste and it was delicious thank you very good job.”
“If you’re looking for a place where the pints are as refreshing as the banter, look no further than The Partridge in Bromley! I popped in for a quick pint and ended up staying for hours – the atmosphere was just that infectious. The decor is a delightful mix of quirky and cozy, making you feel right at home (if your home had an endless supply of top-notch beer, that is). The staff? Absolute legends. They know their stuff and have a knack for making you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. I went for a pint of their finest brew, and let me tell you, it was like a hug in a glass – smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of froth. And let’s not forget the crowd. It’s a lively bunch, full of characters who could easily star in their own sitcom. By the end of the night, I felt like I had made a dozen new friends and laughed more than I had in ages. In short, The Partridge is the place to be if you want great beer, great company, and a guaranteed good time. Five stars all the way!”
“Enjoyed a meal and bottle of wine after an early evening walk. Staff were very friendly and service was good. A good choice of wine. The menu has a good selection starters and mains including vegetarian. Looking forward to returning for some Live Music in the coming weeks.”
“First time visit. Very cosy pub. We ordered two starters each for four people, along with mini dessert, including hot drinks. Food very tasty. Staff were polite and accommodating towards our needs and had a chuckle at our order. It's quite different for me but enjoyable. There are plenty of car parking spaces. Would definitely go again and recommend a visit.”
“Made a mistake and booked for the wrong date (a week later), but the staff were still able to seat us and were very accommodating. Service was great and the food was very good. Really enjoyable visit — would happily come back.”
“Wonderful pub. The food is amazing, especially the braised short rib of beef. Lovely owners. Big shout out to Jack our waiter, excellent service!”
“Found by chance! Really nice traditional English pub. Really nice barman, great atmosphere and friendly locals. Watched the first half of a match on TV then had to go and pick Wife up. Didn't want to leave. Will definitely go back when in the area. Thanks for your hospitality.”
“Played a gig here, great atmosphere”
“Great old stool boozer, they have a venue for hire out back which is excellent for parties with very generous grounds around it.”
“This place is amazing and so welcoming. The staff are outstanding, especially the landlord Steve.”
“A stunning oldy worldly building with a beautiful interior. I was here being a stall holder for a Christmas Market held outside the pub underneath a very large gazebo. The staff of the pub supplied us with free tea & coffee which was great as it was a cold day. The food I saw looked delicious and good portion sizes. If I lived nearer I would definitely visit this place regularly.”
“I went there last night and it was so nice to see an original pub. If you want a drink, play pool, watch the football it's perfect”
“Perfect venue for my group of 20 people. The staff were accommodating, drinks were cheap! Music wasn't too loud so you can hold conversations. An area to dance and the music was fun!”
“Lovely pub! Great atmosphere, well-made drinks, and a nice selection of quality beers. The snacks were tasty and went perfectly with the drinks. Friendly staff and quick service. Would definitely come back!”
“Nice pub close to Selhurst park. Good food nice and friendly reasonably priced drinks with a wide variety. Plenty of places to sit and have a chat and a pre match pint or two”
“I have very recently discovered this pub. Went with family for dinner and the food was incredible. The chef paid a lot of attention to detail by asking us how we wanted certain dishes to be cooked and how hot / spicy we wanted them. The bar staff was also incredibly attentive and helpful. I look forward to coming back very soon.”
