“Visited today as was at the BTCC at Brands Hatch and was in the process of looking to buy a new helmet. Was served by Colin, who provided an excellent service and had extensive knowledge of the different helmets and what they offer. He was happy to let me try them on to get a feel for sizing and fit. Nothing was too much trouble and he even went as far as to get all the different visor tints out to show me! Very happy customer and will definitely be returning in the future. Please pass my thanks on to Colin as well!”

“Here is the English translation: I came from Taiwan and stayed at a 2-person room on the 5th floor for 13 days at the end of November. At first, I saw many mixed reviews, but after staying here, I truly felt the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I had no bad experiences. There was no curtain beside the bed, but there were four outlets in the room, which was more than enough. The food sold on the first floor was affordable and tasty, and it’s also a good choice if you want to have a drink. If you need hot water, you can ask for it at the bar. The self-service breakfast costs £9.5 and is enough to make you full. The bathrooms and toilets were clean too, although some locks were broken, but it didn’t affect usage. The heating starts at 8 p.m. and lasts until the morning; sometimes it starts earlier or ends earlier. I am still staying here now, and I highly recommend this place to travelers who come to London and don’t have very high requirements for accommodation.”

“Gotta set the bad reviews straight! I stayed in a 14 bed female dorm and it was great! Loved how the female section was separated from the rest of the hostel with a pin code. There were great lockers in the rooms, bathrooms were good (just found one toilet that didn't always flush, but everything else was great and clean), didn't hear any noise at all from the downstairs bar (that might depend on the room idk), bed was comfy and cozy with the little curtain that covers most of the bed. There's a little light and a plug/usb port above each bed! Staff were great too!”

“I've just had the chance to try one of the feta cheese "rogche" and I was actually quite surprised that it was way more delicious than the one I last tried back home. Very friendly and charming girls at the till, that make you feel like home atmosphere. The coffee tastes very delicious too and can highly recommend anyone to try the variety of all the delicious treats they have. Thank you, will definitely visit again. “This company proved a dream to deal with. Old fashioned values of customer service which is rare these days. Communication was excellent and a minor problem (not of their doing) was promptly and efficiently rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied and happy. Emails were responded to immediately, delivery was prompt and their products are of high quality and very competitively priced. We would highly recommend them and deal with then in in the future.”

Nayyar her key worker was the best, always giving us a snippet of her day but how happy she is to go there and the stories I hear from her afterwards is satisfaction enough. “Absolutely amazing service! The best groomers. I’m not surprised that everyone is talking about Lisa. She is just wonderful with dogs. So professional with a great attention to details. Always responsive and reliable. She can turn very nervous puppies into the most relaxed ones in no time as well as their owners. Lisa always sends us photos of our dog enjoying his pampering. It makes us so relaxed knowing that he is having fun. Our puppy came back home so relaxed. He also smells delightful and looking gorgeous. We have already booked him in for another appointment at Vanity fur groomers. That’s it. We are stuck with Lisa forever! Would not go to any other groomers. Highly recommend! 10/10!”
