“We were returning from a hospital appointment in London and decided to stop at Ask Italian in Beckenham so that we could be joined by my sister who lives there and lunch together. The service was excellent. Our daughter is in a complex wheelchair and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to find a table in a comfortable space. There was exceptional attention to our daughter's needs and to my choice of food as I have food allergies. The food, the drink, the kindness and care were notable and guaranteed we would return there again and again. “I came in here this evening with my brother, the place wasn’t too busy but served straight away. Although we were told 25min for food to come out it flew out within 10mins! The food was fresh and piping hot, no complaints at all.. I even asked the staff for topping on the burger which they sorted me out with! I recommend coming here if you like burgers as these are one of the. Eat in the area!”

“I ordered Thai red curry and fried pho. Both taste good and authentic. The curry does not come with rice, so u hv to order a bowl of rice tgt with it. The rice is well steamed, hot and soft. Love it. The curry portion is huge, it’s enough for 2 person. So next time I’ll order 2 bowls of rice and a curry. In that case I can order some pre meal snack instead :) Love it!”

“First visit to The Fox and we loved it. We absolutely loved the decor and soft furnishings especially the 2 orange easy chairs. Our waiter even though young was really sweet and friendly. Service a little slow but nice not to feel rushed. Food was superb and loved the scotch egg. Very reasonably priced and tasty bottle of red wine. 2 course and a bottle of wine for 2 was £90 including tip. Will be definitely be back.”

“Had a lovely time for lunch here! Great little gem in the heart of Burnt Ash Lane! The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was very delicious. Came out hot and consistently. I like their staggard menu which splits it into starters, courses and main course. The price is also very reasonable for the quantity of food that you get. The restaurant is a bit dated but it does not take anything away from the quality of the service and food. Definitely worth a visit!”

The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). “It's a Costa so you know what you're getting. Service was good and the seating was comfortable, not too much ambient noise either. One thing to remember is to pay for parking before going in. I missed the signs and am expecting a parking ticket.”
