“I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area . “Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

I had to run away twice as I felt in danger. Please try to see who can't behave and if they are not behaving properly while intoxitated ,get them out. Otherwise all great, good vibes. “Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist”
