We had our reunion lunch here a couple of weeks ago. we have been doing this for a number of years and the food is always fantastic, service quick and friendly and always a great atmosphere . How they can offer, to a large group, such a great range of meals to such a high standard is beyond me. We have already booked for next year !”

Topping it all off, an elegant yet understated atmosphere with friendly, attentive service. “What a fantastic experiance! I always thought that the Ivy was a somewhat on the more expensive scale but it was class reasonably priced with delicious food, amazing wine selection and fantastic service! The decor was totally magical even in the toilets! Loved it and highly recommend!”

Roland was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail of my dining experience was perfect. I also have to mention the pizza—honestly, it was amazing! Perfectly cooked, with the right amount of toppings, and full of flavor. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while! Highly recommend this location if you're in the area. “I had black Americano and my wife had cappuccino, we both really enjoyed our drinks a lot. My Americano had that light fruity aftertaste that you often only find with very high quality, it was genuinely very delicious. The interior is relaxing, calm and light and we really appreciate the soft music as well, not at all over the top. I love what this place is going for, as I am new to the area it's nice to find a place nearby that I know I can be comfortable in. The woman serving us on Monday 6th was also very kind.”

“We came for a "proper Sunday roast" and it did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and service equally wonderful. We split a beef roast, mussels and smoked salmon pate for our family of 3. We finished with the Christmas pudding. It was more than enough and each dish was spot on! The staff were friendly and attentive and the ambiance was everything one would hope for an English pub. “Found this place after a disaster of cancelled orders and thank god we did! The food was incredibly tasty! Lamb was flaking beautifully and I’m not someone that typically goes for lamb. The chicken was flavoursome and juicy and tender. The saag paneer was excellent. Everything was well packed, HOT so no need to re heat and it was so lovely receiving some popodoms and chutney. Will defy e ordering from here again and will be recommending to others!”

“New Yorker/New Jerseyan here- this place. is. it. The mafalde is absolutely delectable. It is the simplest meal made up of a handful of ingredients but oh my— the freshness?? unreal. The margherita pizza STUNNED with a classic cheesy, greasy (in a good way) finish, you really can’t ask for more. Even the vegan pizza was delicious, and a quick ricotta sub (i took olives off my half) made it the perfect meal. Excellent vibes, both indoor & outdoor, & excellent food. Cannot recommend it more! Will be back xx”

“I popped in for a quick lunch before a meeting and I'm so glad I did. I was hoping it would be the same great quality food as it always was at Carluccio's and it exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive and efficient and the food did not disappoint. I opted for a salad but absolutely love the spinach balls that are in the gardiena dish and the waiter was happy to oblige. The spinach balls were lovely and the salad perfectly balanced, the avocado was perfectly ripe and as you can see, it wasn't simply a pile of leaves! The photo doesn't do it justice because I'd already started to demolish it! No wonder this place is buzzing, I will certainly be back!”

“We had a fabulous prosecco afternoon tea at the Botanical Brasserie. We used a voucher through virgin experiences for Kew gardens+afternoon tea. You need to pre-book your table for afternoon tea, which we did 3 weeks before and had a lot of selection of times etc. We sat outside with views overlooking the lake and palm house; umbrellas provided welcomed shade. Staff were happy to seat us 45 mins before our booked slot (2.30pm), which was really helpful. The staff were attentive, checking on us regularly and our afternoon tea came out very quickly. The selection of cakes and scones were delicious. The sandwiches were lovely, nothing overly special, but nice all the same. A lovely atmosphere and beautiful afternoon. I'd recommend it.”
