“The food is a solid 8/10 and very cheap compared to other chicken shops . I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now when the “A” was £2.49 with no drink proper bargin. Bossmans always there for me when I’m hungry”

“Good value for money. The room had everything needed in a quiet location, although quite central. Not much interaction with the staff, but very friendly on arrival. Didn't stay in the town, main goal was to reach Stansted airport which took 45 min.”

“Hands down, one of the best pide I’ve had so far. Was causally walking past and the smell drew me in! I got the kusbasi pide topped with cheese. I had a perfect cheese pull from each bite, meat was perfectly seasoned & succulent. Definitely will be back to try other traditional Turkish food from Citir 27 ❤️. Highly recommend!”

“Been here a few times the food is always amazing and great value for money. We get the bottomless menu £39.99(pick 12 items off the menu;starters or pasta, and make a seafood boil with your choice) and are full and satisfied after the first round! Food made to order always piping hot and fresh seafood. Really cosy restaurant and family friendly. Staff are always happy to help , friendly and really accommodating! A few parking spaces outside the restaurant or the shops next door. Would highly recommend! :)”

“Can't believe how good the crispy beef is here. You actually have a good portion of beef that isn't just batter and the flavour of the sauce and vegetables are lovely. I have ordered from here many times easily one of my favourite Chinese takeaways”

“Great service food was delivered fast and efficient within 30 minutes of order. When the food arrived it was fresh absolutely delicious. Price also reasonable. Portions were great was really filling and we will defo be ordering again. It was tasty too and didn’t feel greasy but full of Flavour . The only thing I was hoping for prawn crackers but these didn’t come free like the average Chinese and was missed these from our meal so order them if you want :)”

“First time ordering here and after seeing the reviews I thought I'd try something small first, I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls and I've finally found a place that does them right. The chicken ball is crispy but soft inside and the chicken is not dry or overcooked, the batter is a little sweet and it had the perfect texture and taste, and not greasy at all. The sweet and sour sauce was equally sweet and tangy as it should be and not watery. Thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to trying more from the menu next time.”

“Ordered from sun chuen for the first time and I must admit I was a bit nervous after using the same Chinese for years but it recently closed down! But all I can say is it didn’t disappoint everything delicious. Big portions very hot delivered bang on time and very reasonably priced. The delivery was also very polite. Walking distance from many shops and close enough to commute to work. The room felt warm and welcoming and tea and coffee was provided. Would come again if I needed to.”
