“Visited The Preston for our Work Christmas lunch. Very welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and staff were friendly. Varied menu for all tastes and I was especially chuffed when my colleagues who are NOT Local praised the food and the atmosphere. Great sized portions for the Christmas meal and presentation of the tables upon arrival Service was well paced allowing us time for our Secret Santa, quiz and drinks. Recent refurbishment makes the place warm and cozy with new seating and the toilets are all spruced up Lovely evening with friends and well done to the team around what must be your busiest time of the year”

“Had a meal with my kid and we both loved, don’t be put off by the negative comments or the simple look of it inside. Here what it matters is the food, and it was the best we had while in London, and we ate at Portuguese and Brazilian places. We had the lamb chops and the lamb leg. Both very delicious, and juicy, the meat falls off the bone. The price is okay for London prices, if they were anywhere else would charge a lot more for this quality food.”

“I recently visited this desi dhaba and had a truly enjoyable experience. The unlimited buffet offers delicious food at a very reasonable, all-inclusive price- no hidden charges like service fees. The staff were exceptionally cooperative and welcoming; special thanks to Karan for his outstanding service. I’m excited about the possibility of partnering with them for future events such as live music, open mic, or karaoke nights through Sidma Events and Entertainment. “I am really impressed! Even though it is a restaurant that serves food inside, the prices are very similar to all the outside street food stalls in the area. Everything is very nicely presented and delicious! I am not a fan of Pav Bhaji, but here with the addition of Paneer it was simply delicious. I am shocked. Vada Pav is also one of the best I have eaten. Aloo Pakora was crispy, freshly fried. Punjabi Samosa very good. Ragda Pattice I tried for the first time but I am a fan of all chaats so I was sure I will like it. We also drank a large cup of Masala Chai. For all this we paid a little over £20! A wonderful place.”

Bread are freshly cooked to order Really friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Only negative is the plastic trays used for the thalis, would love metal trays”

“We visited Sakonis Wembley for a casual dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were seated in a comfy booth, which made the meal feel relaxed and private. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a modern, upmarket feel – a really nice setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the food was the real star of the evening. We ordered a variety of dishes: Chilli Paneer, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, Masala Mogo, Channa Bhatura, Crispy Bhajia, and Sev Puri – and every dish delivered bold, vibrant flavours. The chilli paneer had that perfect sweet-heat balance with a nice bite to the paneer. The garlic mushrooms were rich and packed with umami, while the masala mogo was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a tangy, spicy masala that kept us going back for more. The sev puri and channa bhatura were full of texture and depth, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. Even the crispy bhajia stood out – crunchy, light, and not at all greasy. Every plate was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. You could really tell that the kitchen takes pride in quality and consistency. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning for another round soon!”

We ordered the Masala Peanuts, Tandoori Wings, Tandoori Chicken, and Lollipops – and every bite packed a punch. The Lollipops were the absolute highlight – crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavour. Easily some of the best we’ve had! The tandoori items were beautifully spiced and grilled to perfection, and the masala peanuts were perfect combination of spicy and a great way to start the meal.
