“This was the best Italian food I've ever had. The bread was so soft and savory, the cheese was so nutty and flavorful, and the olives were the best olives I've ever had, taste and texture. And that's just the Starters! The stuffed pasta was incredible and the fish tasted amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful accommodating our 10 month old with a personal chair and extra care. He loved the mushroom soup! Incredible experience overall. A bit on the very expensive side.”

“The peak of cinema experiences. If you haven't experienced something like this before you will be amazed at the size of the cinema rooms. Massive would be an understatement. The lobby area is very spacious though they can do with faster service at times. There are no prices displayed anywhere at the counters which I find insane. You have to ask the staff how much every single thing costs to be able to make a choice. And post COVID-19 inflation has really had an impact and made cinema experiences quite pricey but that is not a VUE issue. One thing I really don't like is that you have to pick your seats with different seats having different pricing. That's a bit too much money milking for me. I would prefer they just had the lowest price and seats was first come first serve like it has always been. I paid for seating at the back and ended up in a basically empty room and couldn't help feeling like I should have just paid for the cheapest seats and just sat anywhere I wanted since the room was empty. One advantage of this particular location is that it is situated within a retail park so you can park for free, as opposed to other VUE locations that are within malls work paid parking.”

Bruno is not only an amazing tanguero but a generous and patient host who shared with us the warmth and hospitality of the local tango community! “We had the seven course menu and every course was excellent. The service was fantastic with special mention to the Albanian waiter we had, he was so professioanl in his approach and was an excellent asset to the team. There was one other waiter, who delivered our tea service, who was on “robot mode” held no eye contact and the service felt robotic/rehearsed/emotionless he rushed too much which was shame. The atmosphere is clearly very formal but it was welcoming and we were treated excellently. My only complaint was the table of two 50plus year olds who decided that they would each each other faces for around an hour, the conversation was vulgar from them as was the “slobbering” noise while they tried to investigate each other tonsils. The staff should have intervened as they were taking it too far and it really wasnt pleasant to have to listen to/observe. Aside from this pair of guests, the who experience was fabulous, amzing food and mostly top class service. Highly recommend.”

“Hampton Court Palace is a magnificent historic site full of Tudor charm and rich history. The gardens are stunning and perfect for a leisurely walk. The palace interiors are grand, showcasing beautiful architecture and fascinating exhibitions. Staff are mostly helpful, though some areas could be improved for visitor engagement. The audio guide enhances the experience. A great day out for history lovers and families alike, though ticket prices are a bit steep”

“We are a group of young men (in our 60's) who meet up every Thursday for a few hours of chat. While from the menu we've only been tempted by dirty fries and nachos both have been tasty. As nice as a pub may look and as good as the menu etc may be that all counts for nothing if you haven't got the staff to back it up. Thankfully the staff here are brilliant. We are always greeted with a smile and a hello and they are always there when you need them. Even better that they chat and laugh with us. Great service indeed.”

“Saturday was the first night for the Cinema at St John’s. It was an amazing experience in a beautiful building with a welcoming friendly team of helpers. You don’t expect to find a proper licensed bar, hot dogs and a variety of delicious sweets and snacks in such a place. The screen is huge and the sound is as good as any cinema that I have been to and they had subtitles. I will definitely be there next time on 19th October for Bohemian Rhapsody.”

“My wife is disabled, so we booked the wheelchair seats at top of cinema 6. The staff were most helpful assisting us in the lift and making sure the toilet was unlocked. The cinema seating arrangement was superb, clean and very comfortable. A member of staff then helped us back to the lift.
