“The ladies in this Salon are absolutely amazing. Joanna, Karolina and Kat - you are absolute angels. We started bringing our sweet Cassie here after she had bad experiences with other groomers - she had become afraid of the whole grooming process. Doggies Furever are ALWAYS so patient with her and they never do anything that stresses her out. It's very hard for me to trust anybody with my dog but I trust all of these ladies without any hesitation. Cassie is hard work, she's strong and very stubborn but they always manage to do such an amazing job on her. We went in yesterday and we were emotional because we had received some bad news about our Cassie - not only were they so comforting and supportive, they offered so much advice. “The young man did a quietly brilliant job with a rescue of my botched self-cut job and had the manners not to laugh or even smirk about it. He got to business intently and quickly and so finally I felt the charge of only £13 was somehow an insult to him - competition around here is fierce as there must be a greater concentration of barbers in West Drayton per square metre than anywhere in greater London and I count at least six - but he's likely to have earned a repeat customer.”

“So you need to get your new born vaccinated? And you love somewhere within a 4 mile radius of tolworth? Then this is your centre. If you are driving there, please plan some additional time to find parking. Take your pram with you in case you have to walk a distance from where you parked to the centre. Situated right next to a school is this brilliant children's centre with absolutely amazing staff! We went in for a BCG and it was a breeze once we were inside. The staff was fantastic from welcoming and helping my pregnant wife with carrying the baby seat, guiding us to the waiting room, then the vaccination staff was intelligent and well informed on all things about the vaccine, explained all the potential side effects and how to care for the area that was vaccinated etc. all was done in less than 5 minutes. Wearing layers of baby clothes that are easy to remove and put back on would be ideal. I prefer the zip ones to the buttoned ones.”

“Very nice hall for upto 35 to 40 people. A kids birthday party was held. Nice car park to park around 10 cars. Kitchen and also small outdoor space available.”

“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!! “Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

My child struggled to settle in a previous nursery, but here he quickly felt comfortable and was happily staying for 5 hours. He absolutely loves his teachers, especially Kezia, and the whole team is wonderful. Truly the best experience we could ask for!””
