“I’ve lived in the area all my life and only just visiting for the first time. I can genuinely say I will be back with the misses very often. The atmosphere is chill, a little loud with some kids but that’s to be expected. Service was nice, very respectful and friendly staff. The food was to die for! I was going to opt for a full English as a safe option but risked it with Turkish Eggs. WOW - it was absolutely worth it and very flavourful full. The hash browns are also the best we’ve ever had! Will be back for sure!”

“Used to get coffees at Bijou Cafe very often on my way to Lee station from my daughter's school and I was always so please with the taste of the flat white, the quick service and the friendliness of the staff. I also used to take my son for lunch during my maternity leave and it was my bowl of fresh air and happiness. Since my daughter is in secondary school, I don't go there that often but went back today for a salad box and it tastes so good. Fresh ingredients, delicious salads, yummy fish cakes and as always such a warm welcome from the staff. I really recommend this place!”

“This is by far the best café I have ever been to! The menu has a wide range of affordable and delicious items - especially the homemade cakes! All of the staff, especially the owner are kind and accommodating. Myself and my boyfriend spend a lot of time here, revising/studying and are always made to feel welcome here. The decor is beautiful and there are occasionally fun events held here in the evening. If you are in Blackhorse Road or a student situated locally, I would definitely recommend visiting as it is my most favourite place to go to! “Well what can I say. I brought Dodger here for the first time this morning, upon entering we were greeted by the receptionist/cafe worker, nikki I think? She was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, booked us in. She was very attentive to Dodger. Emma the groomer came through, and she was so bubbly, friendly and explained the procedure as it was Dodgers very first grooming experience. He was so happy to walk away with emma, after 5 minutes (Nikki?) Gave me a update, and said Dodger is very happy and is giving cuddles to everyone. The cafe area is small and intimate but clean welcoming and I had a lovely coffee. After the treatment Dodger came out so happy, and was treated to a doggy ice cream! He didn't want to leave the shop! Thank you all so much for a brilliant first treatment, we will definitely be back Dodger smelt absolutely wonderful. His paws and leg hair is exactly how we wanted it. Thank you once again!!!!!!”
