“Excellent care and service from this team of knowledgeable vets and nurses. My cats have been going there for 8 years since it first opened. My Tosca suffered from hyperthyroidism and they managed to get her diagnosis correct after I tried two other vets before. She flourished and carried on living another 7 beautiful years until 23. Their in clinic services range from your routine clinical care to acupuncture and access to specialist services such as ophthalmology. All the vets are up to speed on the latest treatment and research which means a lot when you are dealing with geriatric cats. The office and reception team is professional and empathetic. Even during Covid I felt supported in getting the medical needs of my cats met. Yes it is pricy however knowing that my cats are in the best possible care means the world to me and all the prices are communicated clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises.”

Lloyd was friendly, explained the problem clearly and had a pragmatic and helpful solution. I had a problem with my 6x4 Aga and he was completely familiar with the model and his diagnosis was swift and accurate. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. In past, Staunch and Flow has also helped with a leaking radiator, installing a gas line and repairing the waste disposal. They have been consistently polite, efficient and reliable.”

“Ben and the team have been brilliant! They had my Honda cb650f for a good few weeks after it developed an engine management night which indicated a problem with the air intake pressure sensor. To cut a very long story short…they did weeks of researching and investigation and after stripping my bike down to many pieces they discovered a tiny slit in one of the vacuum pipes. They replaced that and fixed a few corroded wires and terminals. 6 weeks later I got my bike back. They really did go the extra mile and beyond for me. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also need new tyres and so I’ll be returning back to them in a couple of months to get brand new tyres supplied and fitted. Service is phenomenal. Tons of advice too. Thanks team.”
