“Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. His colleague whose name I have forgotten was equally as friendly and kind. I felt safe and and trusted them and the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend FirmusHeat.”

Cannot go wrong with the staples: hot masala chai, papadums, garlic naan, bombay mix, butter chicken and lamb Biriyani. Food took a little long to arrive to table, but it was well worth the wait! Our server is named Freya and was very friendly! Highly recommend if in the Watford area.”

“My partner went in for a hair cut and I came with him. Everyone was really lovely in there and you can see how kind they are. I was offered a drink by one of the staff whilst waiting and a very young boy getting a hair cut was being a bit difficult but the barber done such a good job with him. My partners hair looks amazing and they done a fantastic job, with hair and beard. I would recommend, and the dog they have there is very friendly.”

Love the decor of the place nice an relax we always sit in there to eat lovely seating area. The kids love the wraps an the string rolls i love there spicy noodle there so fresh so tasty you can see them cook things up in front of you. “The staff at this Travis Perkins are fantastic. My partner and I had a pipe burst in our flat and we needed some industrial dehumidifiers to help with the soaking wet walls and ceilings. John was extremely helpful and understanding, he helped us rent out the dehumidifiers and helped get them into our flat very quickly and we are incredibly grateful. “Go here a few times a week to mainly grab a chicken katsu salad which is 10/10. Sometimes have other food like sweet and sour chicken or katsu curry. Food is always very good and service is normally also perfect. Although lately have noticed service to be getting a little slower. Was waiting to be served for nearly 10 minutes whilst Deliveroo drivers coming in after me were getting served straight away. That just needs improving”
