The second time I ever went to see him he actually remembered me even though it was almost 7 months later. His assistant was also very sweet. “Sofa & More was one of that rare amazing companies I've dealt with in a long time. I recently ordered 10 pieces of bespoke furniture from them for my new flat. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Sales assistants were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped guide us with our designs and materials with their competent in-house designers, including with home visits. But what was most amazing was their 'can do attitude' where almost nothing was impossible. As a result, they produced a unique collection of furniture to our exact requirement in the highest possible quality and comfort. I run a small home based business from a converted loft space. 8 years and we have never had an issue that wasn't resolved, I'm sure like David I can be an angry man sometimes so would never forget. Regarding faulty items, they are mostly such a small issue and I get such good deals from babybrands that I rarely report. @David Jones if majority of your faulty item reports are from eBay such is life you should be pricing accordingly eBay are so desperate for customers they even protect sometimes honest customers”
