“Great store, very friendly and helpful staff. The assortment is quite wide, despite the fact that the store is not very large (this is the only one little minus, I wish you to expand the area). Most of the goods in the store are not sold in traditional supermarkets. As far as I understand, these are goods from the countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and others (or similar). There are more than 10 types of dumplings (I bought one for testing, they are excellent, I will buy now), Buckwheat porridge, which also has seven types (by the way, you can’t find it in local supermarkets, even in hypermarkets, although this is one of the best cereals), meat products, sausages products, several types of cottage cheese, cakes (medovik and others), various honey, marshmallows, dryers, excellent unfiltered beer on tap and other options for alcoholic beverages and much more. Thank you, I sincerely recommend. It is a pity that I do not live nearby, so I would come more often.”

“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. “My son had a great day out here, he loved the animals and they all looked well cared for. The play areas were all set out over the whole place was wasn't busy. Even during the summer holiday break. He loved climbing high. The water pillows were fun. Although a lot of adults used them as sun beds. The had a paint run and foam party event which was also enjoyed. My only gripe was that you had to book for under or over 5s yet over 5s were allowed in with there under 5 siblings. So it got a little busy and pushy towards the younger ones, as everyone wanted to get closer to where the foam was coming from. The inside soft play was huge and thoroughly enjoyed. Over all was a great day and would likely return.”

“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

“The staff are so helpful and are always on hand to help with shoe fittings, returns and exchanges. My encounter with the Clarks staff (Manisha and Ulfet) has always been brilliant especially although occasionally there has been a break down of communication with management. My only negative feedback would be they lack variety in terms of smart casual attire.”

“Great Greggs in-between T5 and T4, ideal place to grab some food or coffee for cheap after picking someone up or dropping someone off, also this pump is a great place to wait for passenger arrivals at T4 so you don't have to pay exorbitant costs for parking at the terminal . Please note they make food in small batches so they may not always have your selections.”

“Only surviving cafe in this area to get a proper English breakfast. Food is good, and I love the atmosphere. Feels like you're in an Eastend soap. Ok, the old lady waitress is bit grumpy sometimes, but I didn't mind her. Took as part of the atmosphere, and respect the fact that they're keeping her for the job. For the negative comment I saw above, 'Not really English, is it.' This is a multicultural town, and I admire them for embracing the local culture and running it while everything local are disappearing. If you're a tourist in a neighbouring hotel, and looking heavy English breakfast I would definitely recommend it. The below meal with the tea costed me £5.60, and I wouldn't be needing food least for another 8 hours.”
