Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. “We had such a lovely experience. My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and needs shoes with extra padding and arch support. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Deborah. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues. My mum left with a pair of sandals, shoes and boots! Not only is she finding walking easier she has shoes that make her feel good. Thank you for your care, energy and sense of humour Deborah! “We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough.
