We know that she is well taken care of by Hanna, Mark and Lauren and there is always a wagging tail when the girls hear the car approaching. More recently our younger Joey has joined the pack. It's very important to us knowing the girls are with someone that knows them, and is looking out for them. Highly recommend.”

“Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. “What a journey. My son & myself wanted to get kitted out for my other sons wedding. The gentleman who served us was absolutely brilliant. Took his time, showed us alternatives. Outstanding. We've got completely different suites to what our ideas were, but wow. What a transformation. All ordered . Simple as that. 10/10. Give this place a try guys. Unbelievably good prices. “Richard helped us out with our suit fittings for me, my best man and a groomsman. Couldn't have been anymore helpful if they tried. Relaxed and calm atmosphere and answered any queries that we had. Sourced fantastic pocket squares and ties. Suit was exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint at all. Upon collection again we couldnt have had anymore help and direction with what we needed. “If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Have been coming here with our now 13 year old dog ever since they opened. The owners are great and our dog has never had a bad groom. Always love that when she comes out she looks 10 years younger! “Authentic and truly delicious Indian food right here! The ambience is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are great — definitely try their cocktails. The special prawns and the different varieties of chicken tikka are a must-try; you’ll love them. They have loads of tasty curries and a good range of soft drinks too. We tried the mango lassi — it was superb! The kids really enjoyed the desserts, and the portion sizes for every dish were generous. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine Indian flavours and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!”

“Maybe the cutest place on earth! So many cute jellycat inside. Prices are the best as they are direct from jellycat. The staff said they get different things in small batches every day so pop in and you will for sure find something unique and of course, super cute. Great souvenirs from London! Somewhat of a inconvenient location as I tried to go back again but it's just out of the way of the main sightseeing area. Harrods seems to have more bigger jellycat and a little overlap but I was glad I went to both.”

“Excellent experience at Belle Baby in Twickenham! We walked in without an appointment to explore strollers and baby essentials. Ermina, store manager, was fantastic. She gave us space to browse but was quick to help when we needed it. Her approach was perfect - asking questions to understand our needs and showing relevant items without any pressure to buy. She was very informative and even suggested we take time to think before making a decision. Definitely will recommend this store for expecting parents!”

“The best we ever had in London, despite being here at least 3-4 times. Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, great service and amazing location. We moved here in the middle of the night from a nearby hotel, as it was noisy and we weren’t able to rest properly. It was the best decision we ever made! Five stars.”

We tried taking him somewhere else for a few months due to logistical issues but have since realised that she is worth travelling to as she does a much better job and makes our nervous dog feel safe. It's so good and increasingly rare to walk into a store that actually has properly designed plus sizes and not pieces thatare an afterthought to the main line or just available on line. The staff are friendly, the changing rooms are comfortable and the store is centrally located just off Marylebone High Street. The online store is great too.”

“Had my son's 5th birthday party here and him and his friends were having a blast. The trampoline area is big but not too overwhelming, several staff members were looking after everyone for safety reasons. The UV party room was excelent, the kids were all delighted. The food was fresh and tasty, the pizza was warm and delicious. The staff member was attentive and helpful in the room. I wish I took her name to put it here. We're all felt very well looked after and not rushed at all even if we passed our 30 minutes time in there. Thank you! We will be coming back!”
