My daughter could move me around freely. Every item was well displayed. The shop was clean and tidy. The customer service was spot on. We were served by the manager who really helped my daughter with her purchase. She was helping other customers at the same time but always made sure she checked back with us. The ground floor is mainly women clothing, home wares towards the back of the shop. The automated click and collect service is just by the end of the payment till. Upstairs one can find clothes for men and children..It is well stocked. Staff are helpful”

I required a dog walker twice a week and I needed one that was able to let themselves in to pick him up and drop him off again. I had a dog camera set up so I could keep an eye on him while I was at work and while we were adapting to this change, this ment I was able to see you come and go as I needed. You was always on time and respectful of my home and more importantly my boy, this led me to up his walks with you to 4 a week and I know this has had a massive impact on Kane. I see him get so excited when he hears your car pull up and he just loves walking with you and the other dogs you have.”
