Even more amazing are the prices, you'd expect little shops like this to be extortionate, but no, cheap as chips, the way it should be. I love this shop, it reminds me of grandfathers garage, a throwback to better times. Customer service is second to none, tell them what you need or the problem you have and I'm sure they'll be able to fix it or solve it.”

“I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!”

“We were looking for some bespoke cabinets and shelves and we came across Chet's contact details through our local newsletter. Chet was super responsive to my enquiry, coming over that same evening to have a look. He gave us some great ideas and we knew straight away that we had the right guy for the job. Plus he quoted us a much fairer price than a well-known interior design company, which would not have been as bespoke either. The actual fitting proved tricky and took longer than expected because our walls are not level. Despite the extra time it took, Chet did not charge us anything more than what he initially quoted. “We designed our new bathroom and WC with Jigzaw and were really happy with the process and results. Jan made it really easy to work through all the elements and made some great suggestions like turning our main bathroom into a wetroom so we could have a fully freestanding walk in shower, without a screen or curtain, and installing a light up mirror which also has Bluetooth, for some relaxing bath time tunes. We’re delighted with both spaces and have had many compliments on them, so would definitely recommend Jigzaw if you’d like a bathroom to be proud of.”

“I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.”
