“I can always by default trust a Japanese salon and I can definitely say that I was not disappointed! I booked by emailing and received a prompt and polite reply. Easy and smooth booking. The atmosphere is really chill as it's in a quiet side road and you can't really hear the traffic which was nice. Most importantly I was really pleased with the actual service. We had a brief chat about how my hair is and what I wanted and what would work etc. She also taught me how to blow dry my hair. I was a bit embarrassed as I hadn't been to get my hair cut in ages but she was very chill and made me feel v.comfortable:) Overall, just a great way to spend my Friday evening! Thank you!”

“Had my first proper curly cut with Nat yesterday and honestly I couldn't be happier! My curls are happy - shiny, bouncy and defined. They took the time to explain everything to me and I now understand my hair so won't have the frizzy mess that I usually have! Service is great - first time I've had a head massage at a salon and it was lovely! Can't wait to go back with my daughter later in the month so she can love her curls like I love mine. I've seen a few reviews where people have complained about length - happy curls spring up so you will look like you've lost a lot more length than you actually have. I had about 1cm taken off but my hair looks a good inch or more shorter. Will NEVER go anywhere else again! Thanks so much x”
