Rizka was amazing she was so understanding and patient with me and very thorough throughout the consultation and her massage was extremely good she really knew what she was doing and helped the pain i have been going theough for weeka in my neck and shoulders. “Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

Upstairs where children eat also good space and clean ! Parking not a problem as they have their own , I always find it easy park aswell !!”

Excellent value for money with great facilities. Special mention for Miles, he made the party what it was. It seemed he remembered the name of all ten of the kids within minutes! “This concerns the quality of provision of Focus Music, not venue hire - I’m concerned that negative reviews of the venue are being linked to the music teaching, which is superb. We now have in-school guitar lessons from Focus Music, having moved away from another provider. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of teaching - a vast improvement on previous experiences.The communication, through the school’s system or direct emailing/phoning/messaging is also first rate. Couldn’t be happier!”

“My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! Bubbles is eternally grateful!”

“We stopped for a snack and drinks. We had duck spring rolls which were served beautifully with sweet chilli sauce and salad with a mustard dressing. Probably the best spring rolls I’ve had – thin crispy pastry with a delicious duck filling The drinks were nice. I asked for lime and soda with bitters (where I am used to lemon lime and bitters in Australia) which they accommodated and it was quite delicious. A nice setting good service and a helpful, friendly girl behind the bar. Recommended highly.”

“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“First time using this location. Blinding. Daughter loved it. Loads to do and we barely used half of what we could in the 2 hours. Soft play. Play stations and role playing sections. Craft table. Rides. Mazes. Ball pits. Loads of space and tables. Food included with the ticket was a bit weak and very basic. That could be better if I was really picky but we had a good time and will be returning.”

“Fantastic clinic which seems to specialise in maternity and x-ray. Very friendly and helpful staff, clinic was unbelievably clean. Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”
