The service was also very quick, but it wasn’t so quick that we felt rushed. I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The only downside was that the food was so good I didn’t have any room for dessert! Thank you very much for a lovely evening.”

“Really great fresh cooked food. The pizzas are superb as are the rest of the dishes from the pasta to to fish and meat. The desert menu is good with the star being the home made tiramisu. Service is top notch with friendly staff. Wine is very reasonable. It does get busy on a Friday and Saturday so best to book but that's a good sign of a great restaurant.”

“My favorite place with Indian cuisine! Garlic naan is amazing, I often ask for extra garlic and it's absolutely amazing! I always take Butter Chicken, full of spices and flavors, and the more spicy Chilli Paneer, and it's great! The portions are good, the prices are very affordable for such delicious food. I have never been disappointed by this restaurant and I visit this place regularly. If you haven't tried it, you must!”

“I have ordered from Saffron many times now. The food is always delicious and arrives hot, it almost always turns up a bit early. The restaurant always adds in some free poppadoms and small bajis (we all like a freebie). Portion sizes are decent and I always have some left for the next day. Same driver every time always really friendly. Once I have found a decent Indian takeaway I like to stick to it. If you order on just eat there is no minimum order so its perfect when ordering for 1. “UPDATE: I’ve been craving their crusty burgers so returned today and am pleased to say it was as good as my first experience. Some of best burgers I’ve had in UK. ORIGINAL Perfectly executed, simple, double smash burger. Well-crusted thin patties, fried onions, pickles & mustard, no-nonsense bun and good fries, £10. Searched for ‘burgers near me’ and this great find popped up. Still thinking about the great beefy flavour two hours later. Nothing fancy, just tasty.”

“A very clean place and a very pleasant ambiance. The burgers we had were delicious, ai am sorry I didn’t take a photo of them as we started eating straight away. The manager and the workers there are very friendly and open, also the place has a lot of potential for bigger parties or events. The ingredients in the food are very fresh and the sauces are home made! Very rare thing in restaurants nowadays! The meat inside the burgers was even better cooked! Don’t even compare it to Mc.Donalds or any other places. A very very nice experience for our first time in a “Wimpy” place. Thanks!”

“This pub was once the place to come in Greenford. Lovely premises with enormous back garden and like a local pub is supposed to be as everybody knew everyone and newbies were welcomed and loved it. Due to later recent management, many of the locals left as it became the place NOT to be.....(we all miss you James). Like many others, I left for pastures new and found new pubs as the atmosphere was toxic at times. Popped in here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night to find this lovely pub almost empty which shocked and saddened me. The pub and the people here now are like it was way back then, friendly and welcoming however...... I know from talking to the people I know that the prices are a BIG problem..... For my particular tipple (Guinness) I can pay far,far less for a pint. This isn't central London, this is Greenford. Rumours about the owners wanting it to die and sell the land are a common theme. Marston, this place is a moneypot with some decent support. Stop the silly "offers" bull , lower your prices and bring this place up!”
