However, we have faced many issues with booking further appointments since they often deny booking appointments at times we request at the practice even though we are happy to wait. “Stopped into the Harrow location on our way back to the Midlands and had a really pleasant experience. We didn’t have a reservation but the lady receiving guests showed us to a table for two straight away. There were plenty of patrons but the atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy or overwhelming. We had the butchers block and a selection of drinks that had plenty of fresh fruit and ice served with them as advertised. Our server, Nicole, was very friendly and welcoming and was attentive to our needs, as well as those of a large party seated next to us. She had a warm and approachable demeanour that helped two out of towners feel at ease :)”

“Perfect Birthday Party Venue. The venue turned out to be excellent in every aspect for my toddler's birthday party. The space , the food , the hosting & car park facility. The hotel hall was perfect for our 40 guest list with one wall side fittingly suitable for decor as suggested by them. The food was top notch. The Lotus stem appetizer and Jackfruit Biryani were the stars of the day . They had arranged for nice welcome drinks and catered separately for children’s food as well. We were able to make a corner for kids play. The best thing was there was adequate parking in the venue which the guests really appreciated. They also had a bar facility but we did not use . Thanks for making the event a huge success as it was the first party for our little one . Would definitely recommend Ember & Mist as an event venue . I like to thank and acknowledge the helpfulness of the staff and the understanding of Ember - Mist managers.”

Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. “The best calzone I’ve had in the U.K. The food is made very well and served with the best of care. Fabio is brilliant. Fabio greeted me with warmth and Italian affection. Shook my hand and kindly showed me to my table. He offered me a drink of my choice and gave me the depth and breath to choose my meal. Diona has a wonderful warm welcome with a sensational smile. A service that can warm any heart. Diona took very good care of us and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Topped us up with refreshments and gave us condiments without asking. That’s superb care. Had the best calzone! Loved it. The staff here are kind and everyone is friendly and offers a warm smile to you.”

“Worth the 4 year wait! Had a roast beef dinner here 9/11/25 and it was amazing. Plentiful and tasty, staff as always were very attentive. Walked out of there feeling very full and content! Highly recommend if you fancy a traditional roast! Don’t leave it so long next time! ;-)”

“I had a video consultation in a dedicated little room in a local pharmacy. In the room were several common items that are often used to measure blood pressure etc there was also what looked like a magnifying glass presumably to assist the doctor to get a better look if required. However, in my case that was not necessary. I found the video consultation as good as in person. The screen was very clear and the treating doctor was pleasant, articulate and clearly very competent and professional. I felt very at ease and it was much less rushed than seeing my NHS GP. I really like this service and will probably adopt it as my regular GP service.”
