When I received the jewelry (within two days), I tried it on the same day. Unfortunately, one piece was too small. So I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a larger size. I received a response very quickly, and the exchange was arranged without me having to do anything further. I needed some hot water and he was kind enough to ask me what size of cup I wanted and even gave a cup cover.
