Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”

Bought a couple of sets for my daughters birthday, one of which she had worn once and while wearing accidentally fell over and ripped open all the knee of the leggings. “I normally go here every Thursday for lunch. And the other businesses in the area don’t have the value for money, quality and the convenience this place has. I’m never tired of the Dal Vada and the Mutton Rolls. The staff member at the warm food stand is always so polite, never had negative experience here. The only complaint I can think of is the mutton rolls have increased in price by 10p decently, but they are so good I don’t mind paying.”
