“Vibes for real. Kai you are a Capital F Legend. My hair was in tatters aside my free forms and he gave my head a good fix. I couldn't not leave a review. That was the first haircut I had in 5/6 years. Aswell as Kai other staff where putting time and effort in to everyone's experience. My friend kept pushing me to get it cut here inparticular and I definitely understand why, as well as being great business and having skilled and clearly very well trained Barbers, they made me feel pampered today. “We had a great mother's Day lunch here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly to our large group with young children. Food has a very homemade feel to it. The seafood tagliatelle was fantastic and so were the cocktails. Rissotto and steak dishes left much to be desired. Nonetheless - overall a good experience”

“I went to this place in July to try on a shirt and I was served by a horrible woman, I think she was the manager from what I gathered as she was talking down to her colleagues etc. I was asking about the returns policy because I wanted to see how it would like with my suit at home and she said I couldn’t return it? So I left the shirt and she was so rude about it, to the point where she started ignoring me! then thought ahhh I won’t go back there again but then gave it another try on Friday just gone as I was in a last minute panic so it was my last resort and Martin was a godsend, he was so accommodating, he essentially created a fashion montage for me and my two friends which really made the whole experience so fun! He could see I was struggling with making a decision and kept the store open for a bit longer just so I didn’t feel under pressure. I think all stores need a Martin, he turned a negative experience into such a positive one! Managed to get my tux in time, the store managed to send it for alterations and get it back to us a day earlier than expected!”

They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”
