“This is a nice neighbourhood salon with easy parking on the side road. I normally do my waxing in the City by work but decided to find somewhere closer to home. Bing did a great job with the bikini waxing and surprisingly, no swelling or sensitivity afterwards. I am a waxing snob and found her to be quick, friendly, thorough and professional. And the prices were very reasonable as well. Well recommended and will make her a monthly visit going forward. Adding one more service which I really like of hers which is her eyelash extensions I started getting them a few years ago and really like them she does a good job and understands what you need. I don’t like heavy lashes. I like wispy lashes so I got wispy lovely natural looking lashes. Highly recommend her !”

“I had a very positive experience at Le Look Image. I was unexpectedly in the area for family reasons and so had to cancel my appointment with my hairdresser at home - but my hair was in bad need of some tlc so I went to Le Look Image. I am extremely pleased that I did! My colour is fantastic - shiny and exactly the right shade for me (I asked for a match to my natural hair colour and got just that, but somehow it looks like a better version of my natural colour!) I am also very pleased with my cut - the gentleman took great care. He didn't do exactly what I asked - but with good reason - he politely explained that with my fine hair it would not look right, but adapted the cut to my hair. It looks really nice, the best cut I've had in years. Next time I need to be in the area I will try to get back to this salon.”

I really love the quality of jeans, leather jackets, denim jackets, semi formal pants, t shirts and shorts. Quality of Stitching on these products is really good. “I would like to thank the manager of the store for helping me out , i think her name is marta , which helped me about faulty item which i had to return to Tommy Hilfiger but not to the store of this company. She kept everything professional and helpful by helping me to find the nearest UPS drop point and packing and labeling my package which it wasn’t her responsibility but i Loved her passion and responsibility anyway . “Placed in a very good location. A large, a nice variety of clothes and home articles. Prices are decent for clothes as for home articles. The shop is well divided and is easy to access to all the areas. Direction signs are visible and easy to follow. Staff is very helpful, shame that sometimes are under staff, as far as I have noticed. It is a shop that I will definitely go back for my shopping. Love the wood stears.”

“I am a new retiree and have recently become a volunteer at Barnfield Riding for Disabled/Riding School. I didn’t know what to expect …but the kindness and expert care shown to the horses and clients is exactly what I hoped. At age 66..and having not ridden for many many years..I have been inspired by the staff here to soon start my own riding lessons and aim to get back in the saddle…something I never thought I would ever do. I unreservedly recommend. (maybe anyone reading this might consider volunteering too?)”

“This Salon is both friendly and Professional. Both the beautician and hairdressers are attentive to your needs and give care to attention to detail. I personally have had beauty treatments and hairdressers and was very pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and prices are fab. This salon is tucked away and located in Cloisters Mall in Kingston Upon Thames open 7 days a week. The staff are welcoming and chatty providing tea and magazines for a Pleasant stay during your treatment. Great advantage is you can book online.”
