“I placed a Click and Collect order earlier today, thinking I could pick it up right away. Later, I realized it actually needed to be delivered to the store and wouldn’t be ready until after 4 p.m. I was honestly disappointed in myself for missing that detail—but Lil and Espy completely turned things around. The store itself is visibly old and a bit tired, but Lil and Espy brought so much warmth and energy that it felt alive. They stepped in with initiative and kindness, looking for a solution without me even needing to ask. They were patient, sweet, and incredibly understanding. Their attitude and service were a breath of fresh air. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond—you made my day!”

“Today I've visited the Palmers Green branch of B & Q. The shop is very well organised, and one can find a large array of products, which are specific to this franchise. I approached one of the sales assistants, Renata, who was very available, and showed me all the models of the product I wanted to buy. Finally, before I left the shop, because I was already carrying another item, Jessica, Renata and one of their mates were extremely nice to me, and helped me with the packaging of the product I bought. I cannot praise them enough! This shop has got a nice team!! I shall be back to shop here, as soon as I need an item they merchandise.”

The team at Naturalmat was super helpful in amending our order to make the mattresses to measure as we had “drawer” beds. This helped us build them into our made to measure furniture. “Excellent service! Danielle at Magnet Islington was a great help all the way from design to post delivery. Very proactive, personable, and willinging to answer our questions. Designing was an enjoyable experience with her. We were given time to design and decide. A number of other kitchen providers rushed the experience, using expiring offers to pressure deposits. The products themselves are good quality. We got a fair price for quality. The wall cabinets have depth to hold plates etc whereas other kitchen providers skip on this. Doors and backboards also thick. Delivery team helpful, and carried everything up 2 flights of stairs. We installed the kitchen ourselves. Danielle was on hand to answer questions post delivery, during installation. One small piece of feedback. Other kitchen providers do laser measurements, instead of tape. This would be helpful for kitchens such as ours which don't have 90degree corners.”
